Matts j+ frame
New design, weight optimised aluminium frame with replaceable dropout hanger, designed to take 24"+ or 20"+ tyres. Low stand over height and low bottom bracket for improved handling. Equipped with mounts for bottle cages, rack, mudguards and kickstand.

Kids need kids controls
The specific demands on childrens' components make them differ a lot from adult components. Not only that kids are smaller, but also do not have the same strength in their hands for example when it comes to braking. That's why we have chosen specific components to ensure that our youngest cyclists are able to use their bikes safely and comfortably and make them easy to handle in any situation.

Let's go plus
Our new MATTS J+ bikes feature not just a new and weight optimised frame but are also designed around 20" or 24" 'plus' tyres for extra grip and comfort, without adding unnecessary weight. Simple, stylish and hugely effective.

Simplicity and lightweight
Many of our bikes feature rigid forks. This helps to keep the weight down, which is a big advantage for much lighter riders. Gears are also kept to a minimum, avoiding confusion for young riders, again reducing weight.

Just like the grown ups
All kids’ bike frames are made with the same 6061 lightweight aluminium we use in our adult bikes, we don’t cut any corners. They’re also painted and lacquered in the same way, so the bikes can still look great even after a few tough knocks.
